Cinnabon Recipe

This Cinnabon or cinnamon rolls recipe is loved by so many people around the world who enjoy eating them ready-made in restaurants or bakery stores. Many don’t know how to prepare it at home, even though it’s a pretty easy recipe that can be simply prepared in 20 minutes. Here is an easy homemade Cinnabon recipe that will taste even better than ready-made Cinnabons!

Cinnabon ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Coroli coconut oil melted
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons bread machine yeast


  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup butter softened



  1. Start by placing the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer and select the dough cycle.
  2. When the dough doubles in size turn it out onto a floured surface then cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Roll the dough into a 16×21-inch rectangle then spread it with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  5. Roll up the dough then cut it into 12 rolls and place them on a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Cover the rolls allowing them to rise until nearly doubled.
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) then bake rolls until golden brown, in about 15 minutes.
  8. Mix together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners’ sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon salt then spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
