Grilled Prawns Recipe

Prawns are great source selenium, this is an effective antioxidant helping you main healthy blood cells. Like most seafood, are rich with high levels of Zinc, which is crucial in maintaining a strong immune system. Prawns are generally great for strong bones because they contain phosphorus,  copper and magnesium. Our delicious grilled prawns’ recipe is cooked with Coroli organic extra virgin olive oil. We also recommend our bright and zesty chimichurri sauce as the perfect accompaniment.

Ingredients

Calories: 135 per serving size

Chimichurri Sauce:

  • Coroli corn oil 15 ml
  • Chopped garlic 5 gm
  • Chopped Parsley 10gm
  • Chopped coriander 6 gm
  • Lime juice 15 ml
  • Salt 2 gm
  • White pepper 1 gm
  • Green chilli 4 gm

Tomato Salad:

  • Tomato 200 gm
  • Capers 10 gm
  • Coroli Corn oil 5 ml
  • Chopped Coriander 4 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 ml
  • Salt 1 gm

Preparation

  1. After cleaning the prawns season it with salt, white pepper, oil, ginger then start grilling.
  2. Let cook for 2mins then turn the prawns. Once cooked remove from the grill.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the chimichurri together and add on top of the prawns.
  4. Mix the tomatoes and capers then add salt, lemon juice, chopped coriander and coroli corn oil.
  5. Mix it well then add on the prawns with coriander leaves for garnish.
