  • 1 cup dried red lentils
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne
  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock
  • 1 tbps Coroli Pure Cow Ghee



  1. Start with peeling and mincing your garlic, then set it aside.
  2. Cook the minced onion in a medium pot till translucent, then add spices and cook for more minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add lentils, coconut milk and vegetable broth. Heat till it boils then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 – 45 min without a cover.
  4. Turn off the heat when lentils absorb most of the liquid and become soft.
  5. Next, add the garlic and stir in some Coroli Pure Cow Ghee. Serve hot with toasted bread and enjoy!
