1. Definitions

“Assistant to the Company” means M/s.Bruce Clay, Dubai (the Media Agency), responsible for implementing and overseeing this Campaign on behalf of the Company.
“Campaign Period” means from 1st of December till 7th of December
“Company” means M/s.Abu Dhabi Vegetable Oil Company LLC,
“Country” means UAE.
“Participant” means a person who meets the following requirements: (a) he or she is of at least 21 years of age as of the start of the Campaign Period and be legally able to give consent (b) he or she is a legal resident of the Country; (c) he or she has agreed to these Terms & Conditions; (d) he or she has met all other requirements stipulated in these Terms & Conditions; and (e) is not an employee and/or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or the Assistant to the Company or any of its representatives.
“Prize” means Coroli health hamper.
“Terms & Conditions” means these terms and conditions of the Campaign.
“Winner” means any eligible Participant properly registered at the end of the Campaign Period to receive a Prize. There will be a total of 5 winners, each receiving one Coroli health hamper.

2. Participation

In order to participate in the Campaign, a participant must share a picture or video of his/her favorite dish and tag Corolilife Instagram OR reply directly on the Coroli Facebook competition post for a chance to win the prize. Winners will be selected based on best presentation and declared on the 8th of December.

3. General Provisions

The Campaign is organized by the Company and the Assistant to the Company, and is held on the Campaign Site during the Campaign Period. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may alter the Campaign or cancel it, replace the prizes or cancel them (in whole or in part), and/or modify their quantity and/or add additional prizes at the Company’s exclusive discretion in accordance with updates to be published by the Company and/or any of its representatives on the Campaign Site. Participants are advised that these Terms & Conditions may be updated during the Campaign Period. Each Participant is deemed to have reviewed the latest Terms & Conditions before participating. Responsibility for providing personal details accurately and fully lies with the Participant only, and the Company and/or any of its representatives does not and shall not be responsible whatsoever for the veracity and/or accuracy and/or entry of details. A prize may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration. The Prizes will be awarded “as is” and the Company makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, concerning any prize, its use, value or enjoyment. The Company may provide any personal information of a Participant it is requested to provide by law and/or by an authorized authority. All of the information that a Participant provides to the Company, to the Assistant to the Company and/or any of their representatives shall be used solely for the purpose of participating in the Campaign. The provisions in these Terms & Conditions shall prevail over any provision, which is in conflict with the terms and conditions of any third-party website to the extent that they relate to the operation of this Campaign. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates and any dispute(s) that may arise with respect to rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. By engaging in the Campaign, each Participant confirms and declares that they agree with and accept these Terms & Conditions and undertakes to comply with all of their provision.
